How quickly can I get an appointment?
Most patients can start treatment the same day they call. We do everything we can to remove waiting periods so help is available right when you need it.
What does the first call sound like?
A real person — not an automated menu — answers the phone. They’ll listen, ask a few questions, and help you figure out the next step. There’s no pressure to commit to anything during that first call.
Will my information stay private?
Yes. We follow HIPAA confidentiality standards and never share your information without your written consent. Your privacy is protected at every step.
What if I don't have insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans, and if you’re uninsured, we’ll work with you to find affordable care. You can verify your insurance → in about two minutes.
Can I call for a loved one?
Absolutely. Many of our first calls come from a parent, spouse, or sibling. We can help you understand options even if your loved one isn’t ready yet — and we have a free weekly support group just for family members.
What if I need help after business hours?
If it’s a mental health emergency, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911. For non-emergency support, leave us a message, and we’ll call you back first thing the next business day.
