I came back to Emmaus recently and am happy I did. They welcomed me back and always make me feel welcome here. I love it here and am thankful for them.

I use to get into all kinds of trouble. In and out of jail, strong out on drugs including IV drugs. I went to jail in Feb of 2013 for 10 months. Every since I got out of jail, I have stayed out of trouble and off the needle for 10 years next months.Even though I relapsed on pills, I always knew that if I used the needle again, even if it was time I be back on it and I didn’t want to be. My dad and brother use to use the needle in front of me and I still never picked it back up. It was hard but well worth it.

I have been coming here since they opened. You couldn’t ask for better case or people to help get you back on your feet in every way possible. Thank you all so much and anyone who is serious about getting their life back.

Since being at Emmaus Medical I have been clean. Since 2017 and I have it all to the counselors and describes as well staying clean and changes people places and scenery.

I would say this facility has never falls short on my medical needs. I have no longer have cravings and I am starting to top & off. So I would say this has been a successful outcome for my recovery. I would elaborate more but I am on my lunch break on limited time.

My son and I come here and always will recommend who wants to be welcome with open arms. You could not find a better place to not only start recovery but also fill you. Spiritually, mentally emotionally coming here you truly are made whole to like a Quality of life you can live. Thank you to each and every one of you from our soul for all you do to uplift us in every way possible and for allowing us to be human along the way has meant so much. This place is amazing! I have been to allot of clinics over the years. Heal to deal with all the judgment & hateful looks. Emmaus is different! They genuinely care about you and your well-being. And if/when you mess up, they continue over and over to lift you back up and put you back on track. Dr Backus is hands down the best Dr. and person that I’ve ever met. He won’t give up on you and always has an ‘outside the box” solution to fit your situation. Pedra will make you cry but only because she is great at her job. They actually called me after I had fall off a few months just to check on me. If you want a completely nonjudgmental clinic to go to this is it. Love you guys.

Emmaus Medical & Counseling has change my life in so many ways in which are all in good ways. The staffs are amazing and very friendly. They have empathy for anyone and everyone. They do not judge anyone they love everyone who walks their doors. Emmaus staffs care about you as an individuals. The Dr are so nice and very encouraging you as well the counseling is very helpful, they make you feel like your home. They give you encouragement in everything you. They are with you every step of your journey. Emmaus Medical and Counseling means love, strength and healing.

I started coming here for addiction. I had a normal life working everyday and happy. Mess men back up and started taking precise for the pain, got use to dosage, got addicted on pain killers. Started hating life. Didn’t want to do anything and I could tell it was putting tow on my family. Then I heard about Emmaus Medical, there relay are people and help me threw everything. Know my work family and attitude is much better. I feel like living again. And the nurses there don’t look at you like you’re a drug help. They understand that it is a disease and don’t look down at you. And I am very thankful I came here.

Through Emmaus Medical Clinic I was able to find stability in a multitude of queries in my life. They provided support and help so I could start turning my life back around. The staff are very caring, humblest, and helpful and work with my schedule. I have consistently been a patient for a few years. Each year you are with them things have gotten better. The change in my life has been drastic and I have a positive look at the future for the first time in my life. The doctors are wonderful people and genuinely cure. They are understanding, helpful, and supportive. Through Emmaus, I’ve seen able to get my life back on track. By a lot I mean I have constantly stayed employed and have been doing alright financially. My relationships with others have been consistent and improved with family and friends. I have been able to mentally stay and emotionally where before. I was very stressed. My mental health has improved tremendously. Basically all around it almost every single aspect of my life has improved since I walked in Emmanus gave me stability and consistency when I needed it most. You and yourself have to do the work but they provide the feels.

Emmaus is a Great Place to get recovery help. All of the staff show how they care for you and want to help every patient to be successful in recovery as well as in life. This has been my all-time favorite and best facility. I have ever been to for recovery. I once left the facility and then came back due to how wonderful the staff are. They ALL care and show that they care along with the doctors here. They have never once shown nor made me feel like a number or that they could care less about my recovery. They have shown that they care about my recovery and home life. Best Place for Recovery Staff Ever!!

So anyone that knows me knows that I've been in quite a few different treatment spots the one I was at last I had thought actually cared. Although once I came here to Emmaus I found out what patient care really was and is and continues to be, If you're thinking about getting treatment or know somebody that needs treatment I highly recommend this place to anybody and everybody that needs help because the people here care.
